Two draft documents written in Beijing have, accidentally perhaps, exposed the aggressive intentions of the Chinese Communist Party in the South Pacific.
Their vision and action plans are not as blatant as the imperial colonial powers were toward the Pacific in the 19th and early 20th Century, but the impact and intended effect is the same. Control.
